Miss Jordan


Miss Jordan is the owner of Allegro Dance Studio.  She started dancing at the age of two at Sharon Plessl School of Dance, where she performed in many venues, from local festivals to Carnegie Hall with Excel Dance Company.  Jordan has studied many types of dance over the years, including Ballet, Pointe, Modern, Tap, Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, and Bellydance with Encore Dance Studio and Allegro over the course of 17 years. 


In February of 2021, the opportunity was presented to take over Allegro as owner, which was a perfect opportunity to stay connected with the amazing dance community created at the studio.  Jordan strives to foster an environment that is positive, friendly, and a fun place to learn the art of dance.

 

Jordan is a graduate of Emmaus High School and Northampton Community College. She has been teaching Ballet, Pointe, Modern, and Tap at Allegro since 2017, and delights in sharing the world of dance with her students. 


Miss Lilly

Miss Paris

Paris is Allegro's Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, and Lyrical teacher.  Her love of dance is infectious and she works with each student to reach their full potential.

Miss Noelle

Noelle graduated from DeSales University with a BA in Dance in 2018. She began dancing at the age 2 and has never stopped since! Her passion encouraged her to pursue dance in college where she concentrated in Ballet and Modern. She was in pieces choreographed by Joshua L Peugh, Paul Occampo, Sarah Carlson, Robert Colby Damon, Julia Mayo and other various choreographers. Since graduating she has been a teacher at Encore Dance Center in Lancaster, PA where she taught various styles including contemporary, jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, and preschool level classes. She was also the coach of Lancaster Catholic’s Dance Team and choreographed musicals for Lancaster Catholic, her favorites being Once on this Island and Anastasia. Since 2018 she has been a part of emme dance collective, a contemporary modern company based out of Lancaster. She is excited to now be a part of the Allegro family!

Carmen

Carmen

Carmen is a delightful and compassionate Bellydance Artist.  Her passion and enthusiasm for bellydance comes through in each class and performance.  Carmen is a sought-after performer and instructor who loves the opportunity to share the beauty of bellydance with others. 
A lifelong student of dance, Carmen began studying bellydance under the talented Amala Gameela in 2008.  She has furthered her studies under the inspiring, international stars Mohamed Shahin, Katalin Schäfer, Faten Salama, Nourhan Sharif, Karim Nagi, Raqai Hassan, Sadie Marquardt, Zara, Tito, and Hossam Ramzy.  Carmen believes in preserving the beauty of traditional Middle Eastern Dance.  
Carmen is the founder and creative director of Banat Al Sahra, a bellydance performance group based in the Lehigh Valley. Banat Al Sahra has performed at many events including Musikfest, The Kutztown Fair and Veg Stock.
Beauty combined with brains, Carmen holds a master’s degree in clinical and counseling psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania.  She is an owner and counselor at RCG Counseling.  Her passion for helping others is matched by her passion to perform and entertain.  Carmen is blessed with the opportunity to share her passion with others.
