Miss Jordan


Miss Jordan is the owner of Allegro Dance Studio.  She started dancing at the age of two at Sharon Plessl School of Dance, where she performed in many venues, from local festivals to Carnegie Hall with Excel Dance Company.  Jordan has studied many types of dance over the years, including Ballet, Pointe, Modern, Tap, Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, and Bellydance with Encore Dance Studio and Allegro over the course of 17 years. 


In February of 2021, the opportunity was presented to take over Allegro as owner, which was a perfect opportunity to stay connected with the amazing dance community created at the studio.  Jordan strives to foster an environment that is positive, friendly, and a fun place to learn the art of dance.

 

Jordan is a graduate of Emmaus High School and Northampton Community College. She has been teaching Ballet, Pointe, Modern, and Tap at Allegro since 2017, and delights in sharing the world of dance with her students. 


Miss Lilly

Miss Lilly

Lillian is the founded Allegro Dance Studios LLC in 2007. She grew up in central New Jersey and has been studying dance since the age of eight. She attended the Serova Dance School and the New Jersey School of Ballet. A dance major, with concentrations in music and theater, she earned a BFA from Kutztown University.

Lillian held a position as interim professor at Kutztown University and instructed in private studios for more than 22 years. Her choreography has been performed at Magic Kingdom, MUSIKFEST, for National Tap Dance Day, for Disney's Cinderella KIDS, High School Musical at Brandywine Heights Middle School, and for various events in the Lehigh Valley. 

Miss Lilly, as she is known to her students, opened Allegro Dance Studios LLC in 2007. She continues to improve her skills and takes a weekly tap class at the Zoellner Arts Center.  Miss Lilly is continuing to share her talents with Allegro Dance Studio. 
Carmen

Carmen

Carmen is a delightful and compassionate Bellydance Artist.  Her passion and enthusiasm for bellydance comes through in each class and performance.  Carmen is a sought-after performer and instructor who loves the opportunity to share the beauty of bellydance with others. 
A lifelong student of dance, Carmen began studying bellydance under the talented Amala Gameela in 2008.  She has furthered her studies under the inspiring, international stars Mohamed Shahin, Katalin Schäfer, Faten Salama, Nourhan Sharif, Karim Nagi, Raqai Hassan, Sadie Marquardt, Zara, Tito, and Hossam Ramzy.  Carmen believes in preserving the beauty of traditional Middle Eastern Dance.  
Carmen is the founder and creative director of Banat Al Sahra, a bellydance performance group based in the Lehigh Valley. Banat Al Sahra has performed at many events including Musikfest, The Kutztown Fair and Veg Stock.
Beauty combined with brains, Carmen holds a master’s degree in clinical and counseling psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania.  She is an owner and counselor at RCG Counseling.  Her passion for helping others is matched by her passion to perform and entertain.  Carmen is blessed with the opportunity to share her passion with others.
